The Aspiring the Best Competition (ABC) Registration Portal was closed for the 2018 ISERH SSCE/UTME Scholarship at 11:59pm on Sunday, July 1, 2018. 122 students of both government and private-owned  schools applied to sit for the examination with the goal of winning the scholarship, becoming ISERH Ambassadors, and joining the network of over 83 ISERH Ambassadors.

 

 

It is therefore important that we share these tips with the candidates as our goal is to see them all excel in this competition:

 

👉 Candidates are to log on to http://abcportal.iserh.org/center.phpstarting from July 9, 2018 to check their Examination Center and print out their Examination Slip. Failure to come to the center with the Examination Slip automatically disqualifies you.

 

👉 Candidates should as well note that the Examination holds on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the various centers - all things being equal.

 

👉 Candidates are to come with 1 PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH to the Examination Hall and make sure they SUBMIT it to the INVIGILATOR/SUPERVISOR before leaving the hall.

 

👉 Candidates are encouraged to read and practise PAST QUESTIONS of both WAEC and NECO for the SUBJECTS they put in for, as this is the KEY to their SUCCESS.

 

👉 Candidates should be aware that the use of CALCULATOR is ALLOWED.

 

👉 Candidates are encouraged to be absolutely independent during the examination, as we have different question paper type for each of the candidates. Also, any candidate caught talking or seeking his/her colleague's help, while the examination is ongoing, shall be sent out of the hall and has his/her examination cancelled.

 

We hold the belief that you are all aware that 75% Agrgregate Score is the PASS MARK to winning the SCHOLARSHIP and becoming our AMBASSADOR. You shouldn't have forgotten that we have PRIZES for HIGHEST SCORER PER SUBJECT and as well as for all candidates that score 50% - 74%.

 

 

In addition to the above, the candidate who makes the overall aggregate score wins OUTSTANDING STUDENT PRIZE while his/her MENTOR/TEACHER becomes OUTSTANDING TEACHER OF THE YEAR. Such student's photograph and that of his/her mentor/teacher shall be displayed on http://abcportal.iserh.org till another winner emerges by the subsequent year. A MENTOR/TEACHER with the highest number of winners becomes ISERH TEACHER OF THE YEAR while every teacher who produces a winner for the scholarship gets decorated and becomes ISERH EXCELLENT TEACHER AWARDEE
